And It Begins;
A semicolon is used for a sentence that could have been ended but it wasn't. Seems befitting for tonight's situation actually. It's been a moist, rainy few days of winter around here. Cold, welcoming to some and frigid to others. The rain falls like leaves does for autumn, the cold enhances itself in synchronicity. If you see hard enough you could sense the metaphor here. We are all sailing in our own hell with valiant vigor and disastrous resilience, but not all of us are lucky enough to conjure up the will and strength to get up each day and just hustle, not all of us are equals. We're merely similar maybe intersecting but not equal. Never equal.
So just like everyone, my mind is trapping me in a labyrinthine of personal devastations, making me remember every failure I have ever faced, every journey that ended in a way it wasn't supposed to. It's also making me think that maybe its not the end, nothing has ever ended it is just taking another karmic form. The realization is blood chilling yet exhilarating, so I use a semicolon tonight in the hopes of a new beginning for a never ending story.
I am named Akankshya which means aspirations. The name has a sanskrit origin. I am a chronic bibliophile and an avid writer. I also have a book up on wattpad. I am leaving a link for you all to check it out.
I am looking forward to make this semicolon a time to remember.
Signing off for now;
